PRO SHOP – Full-Time and Part-Time

Duties include:

  • Ensure the proficient operation of the Golf Shop and Tee Times.
  • Guest check-in, retail sales and point of sale operation.
  • Golf Shop merchandising, displays and upkeep.

GUEST SERVICES & BACKSHOP – Full Time and Part Time

Duties Include:

  • Ensure the detailed presentation, stock, supplies and carts for the golf operation.
  • Directing guests to the first tee starter and assisting with arrival and departure.
  • Range maintenance, picking, washing and stocking of practice range balls.
  • Typically, a 10am-5pm and 4pm-9:30pm shift. Based on the weather and season.

STARTER/MARSHALL (Players Assistant) – Full Time and Part Time

Duties Include:

  • Welcoming guests to The Coyote Golf Club, informing and starting golfers.
  • Tracking golf groups’ pace of play, start/finish times, and talking with guests.
  • Coordinating play, stocking supplies, and assisting pro shop staff.

  • Morning Cook
  • Prep Cook
  • Clubhouse Servers
  • Concession Servers
  • Drink Cart Servers

Requirements:

  • Servers must have ProServe
  • Food handling certification is an asset

Duties include:

  • Food and beverage preparation and service
  • Cash handling and POS operation
  • Food prep, cooking, cleaning, and stocking
  • Providing outstanding customer service

Previous food prep or serving experience is an asset.

  1. Part-Time (4hr morning shifts, 6-10am) Perfect for Semi-Retired Persons
  2. Full-Time Seasonal (6am-2pm)
  3. Summer Student (May – Sept, 6am-2pm)
  4. Weekends only (4 hr morning shifts 6-10am)
