Overview

When you book a tee time, that slot is reserved exclusively for you and your
group. This policy helps ensure fair access for all golfers and efficient course
management.

Cancellation Window

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before
your scheduled tee time to avoid fees.
You may cancel online, by phone, or in person. A cancellation is effective once confirmed by our system or staff.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or fail to show, your credit card on file will be charged the full green fee (including tax) for each booked player.
This fee covers the revenue lost when a tee time cannot be rebooked.

Agreement to Charges

By booking a tee time, you authorize The Coyote Golf Club to
apply the No-Show Fee if you miss the cancellation deadline. This authorization is part of your booking agreement.

Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. If you missed your tee time due to
unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, unsafe travel), please contact us within 48 hours to request a review. Exceptions are granted at our discretion.

Disputes

If you believe a fee was applied in error, email info@golfcoyote.ca with your
booking details for review.

The Coyote Golf Club is referred to as the “Golf Club” in this document.

The Membership options are valid for the duration of the calendar year unless Membership privileges are terminated in accordance with this agreement.

Acceptance of Members:

To become an official member, individuals need to complete a written Membership Application and pay the annual membership fee. The Golf Club reserves the right to accept or refuse any application. Membership grants a revocable license to use the Facilities, subject to The Golf Club Rules. It does not bestow ownership or equity interest in The Golf Club or the Facilities.

Membership Fees:

Members are required to pay the membership fees as directed by The Golf Club. The Golf Club reserves the right to change the fees at its discretion. Failure to pay the fees may result in the revocation of membership privileges. Termination and Suspension of Membership: A membership may be terminated or suspended for reasons such as non-payment of fees, violation of Golf Club Rules, and at The Golf Club’s sole discretion. Membership fees and obligations remain due and payable during suspension. Membership privileges will be forfeited during suspension or termination. No refund for memberships if terminated or suspended.

Special Events:

Members may experience interruptions in their membership privileges for hosting special events and tournaments. Advance notice will be provided. Members’ privileges do not apply to “special events” held by private event organizers, if the member chooses to participate in such events they will pay the organizers directly. Members’ Green Fee portion of registration fee will not be refunded, credited or deducted from the special event.

Golf Course Rules:

Members must adhere to the Golf Course rules as amended by the Golf Club. Only The Golf Club has the authority to enforce the rules. Liability for all claims, damages, and costs arising from damage to Facilities or personal injury caused by members or their guests rests with the member.

Temporary Interruption of Membership Privileges:

The Golf Club is not liable for temporary interruption of membership privileges due to maintenance, repairs, acts of God, inclement weather, labour disturbances, material shortages, or other matters beyond its control.

Indemnification:

Members are responsible for indemnifying the Golf Club and its owners, directors, employees, and agents against any liabilities, costs, claims, demands, or damages arising from their acts or omissions related to membership or use of the Facilities.

Assumption of Risk:

Members voluntarily assume all risks of accidents or damage to themselves, their families, and guests while on the Facilities.

Transfers and refunds:

Members are not allowed to transfer/assign their membership. Memberships are non-refundable. Medical exemptions will be up to the discretion of The Golf Club.
